Their write-up was far superior to our other agent’s and they clearly paid attention to detail. They have kept in regular contact, updating us on the market and buyer mindset when our house was not shifting at first, and advising us on price adjustments and how to ensure the most effective viewing experience. They have been the complete opposite of our other well-known high street agent, who has barely contacted us and never given us updates without us asking first. Karl sent details of our property out to hundreds of people and was tenacious right through to confirming a sale. He helped guide us while negotiating offers. Once we accepted an offer, he was in constant communication, giving detailed updates and ensuring a smooth transition into using solicitors to process the sale. Karl has been honest and candid from the start which has really helped guide us with the price of our property and meant we trust him. That is so important in an agent-seller relationship.
