Their write-up was far superior to our other agent’s and they clearly paid attention to detail. They have been the complete opposite of our other well-known high street agent, who has barely contacted us and never given us updates without us asking first. Once we accepted an offer, he was in constant communication, giving detailed updates and ensuring a smooth transition into using solicitors to process the sale. Karl has been honest and candid from the start which has really helped guide us with the price of our property and meant we trust him. That is so important in an agent-seller relationship.
