Communication, service, and general attitude was great from all staff. Particular massive thanks to Katie Beard who dealt with our house purchase. Katie was consistently supportive, kind, helpful and professional at every step, through what ended up being quite a drawn out process. She followed up any/all relevant information and would always communicate back to me efficiently and in good time. So much so that she usually answered any questions I had within the first minute of a call! Would definitely use Intercounty again.
