Inhuman people who have left me and my partner without hot water or heat for days in the winter without even supplying an electric radiator. Everyday I’m here I’m reminded what a horrible mistake it is to be renting from Intercounty

I know both myself and the team have worked with you to resolve the issues you have had & ensure that support was in place, with the electric radiators you mention. After you reported the issues to us we had a contractor at the property within 24 hours. The landlord decided to get a second quote/opinion on the fix recommended, which is what may have caused a delay for you. We work tirelessly to resolve any issues for our tenants & landlords in the swiftest possible timeframes, however we do have to gain authorisation from landlords in order to instruct major works to go ahead.
