One person in particular made the sale of our house, which was very difficult and stressful, a lot easier. Katie Beard was informative, professional, well judged and considerate. She went above and beyond her duties to assist and if it wasn’t for her intervention the whole experience would have been a lot worse. If she wasn’t there then other members of the team were well informed of our situation and they were also very friendly and helpful. We have used Intercounty on numerous occasions, sales, purchases and rental and they have always been very helpful. I only wish my next purchase was with them.
