We have been looking to relocate back to the Wirral after many years in North Yorkshire. Viewing properties has been a strain as we have had a 2.5h drive each way before getting to the Wirral but the team at Karl Tatler did us proud and lined up a number of properties in the right location, to a proper time and schedule to give us time to breathe, move, drive to the new place, think and review what we had seen. After a couple of viewings we found our next home and were delighted to work with the amazing Jessica to secure the house, as well as walk through the sales process, paperwork and all the other stuff. Jess’s communication and phone calls were spot on. Polite, accurate, factual and such a positive lady she was a dream to work with. We then moved to work with Suzanne in the sales closure and admin side who was also fabulous. A list of documents and info requested, provided and delivered to us. We competed all the document and the info is with our solicitors the same day. Karl Tatler Estate Agency as a whole has impressed us. Slick, quick, efficient and more importantly friendly. Buying a house can be stressful, but this wasn’t, it was a pleasure and Jess and Susanne deserve a round of applause for their amazing assistance through the process. You only move home a few times in your lifetime and they have made this relocation a pleasure. Thank you 👍
