Disappointed with the service and subsequent handling of my data. We approached Karl Tatler for a letting valuation of our property in August 2025. The valuation given was well below market value. We went with a different local agent who managed to let the property within a single week at our desired price, and our tenant moved in by September 2025. Despite being explicitly told the property was let and that we did not require their services, I have been continually bothered by automated text check-ins every three months. Even after explaining that we now live in Australia and cannot take calls due to the time difference, the spam continues. Very poor communication internal systems and a total lack of respect for boundaries.
