There were some problems with some misinformation from some colleagues in the office but if you get the chance to get someone to help you with your purchase, get Jo Rossiter as your sales progressor. She’s been fantastic as soon as she got involved and the miscommunications stopped immediately! She’s actually provided me with regular updates on what’s happening with our purchase from her clients and it’s really help what’s been a very stressful process become smoother! She’s an absolute star! Also Andy Plaistowe has checked in with us through which was really nice as a duty of care process just to make sure we’re kept in the loop as much as possible when buying your first property can’t be overlooked!
