Robinson Michael Jackson Gravesend were very helpful from the very start of the process, helping me put my house up for sale quickly to finalising and getting my house sold. All the staff at the office from the sales negotiators to the mortgage advisor and to the Branch Manager offered me ‘A class’ service and communication helping me find a committed buyer. It was also through the help of the branch that I was able to secure my onward purchase through one of there other branches who again reflected the same level of professionalism, dedication and communication to help me secure my new property. I want to especially highlight Andy, Ben and Tammy at the Gravesend branch who have been there from the start of the journey and to the end helping keep the chain together and keeping me motivated along the way to stay the course despite the ups and downs. I highly recommend Robinson Micheal and Jackson. I sold my late Mums property that was going to probate so this was a difficult time. Everything ran very smoothly though out the sale and managed to get a very good sale very quickly. Andy and Tammy communicated very well and explained everything and kept me informed on what was happening. I didn’t need to be there which was very helpful. I used the Solictor which they work closely with (cook Taylor and Woodhouse) and they we also very good. I think this helped is all run smoothly.
