We sold and bought through RMJ which made the whole process easier. Our main contact at the Gravesend branch was Lily who was amazing and kept us updated at every step but we also dealt with other branch staff. They were all fully up to date with our situation and more than willing to help us out at any time. Although we don’t ever want to move again as Lily found us our perfect home, if we did we would be in contact with RMJ immediately!
