I can safely say that Andy is genuinely one of the nicest, straightforward, upfront estate agent. He didn't try to play us off against the seller just straightforward nice and easy what would you like and went and got it for us. After somewhat terrible experiences previously with estate agents I can safely say that if you get Andy is your estate agent you are going to be more than happy.
