Went through Robinson Michael & Jackson at the Gravesend brnach to purchase our first home. Though the process took a while to get over the line, our interactions with Jo, Ben, Nicola, Ryan and all other staffs at this branch has been exceptional to day the least. They are very professional and efficient in what they do. There communication is second to none, you never have to worry about missing anything because if you do, someone from the team will be getting in touch with you sooner ragher than later to make sure you are well informed. All in all, amazing service and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family looking to purchase a property.

At the beginning I had a meeting with Lily and understood all about my selling process and fees.(no hidden fees what so ever). Jo was really helpful through out my Exchange and completion. she chased up my solicitors and updated me every week and speed up the process. thank her :) Very friendly team and responsible. My only mistake was chosen online solicitor instead of get recommended solicitors from Robinson Michel&Jackson. (as I was on chain I lost quite long time because they were slow on procedure). I appointed RMJ to market a house which was the subject of probate. Despite this legal process taking far too long ( no fault of RMJ ! ) and the property being unoccupied, I have been impressed with RMJ's unfailing efforts in conducting viewings, arranging site visits, finding a buyer and then ensuring that all parties were kept fully informed throughout. There is a good team at the office but I would particularly like to mention Jo Rossiter who has been my main point of contact and with her thoroughly professional handling and extremely personable approach the sale is now complete.

Jo and Lilley were outstanding throughout the entire challenging sale that other agencies had failed to complete. I highly recommend their services, they are also kind and patient, never reacting to my frustrations. Commission well spent !
