She was really attentive and talked me through the whole process and next steps so it wasn’t too overwhelming, she was fantastic at putting me at ease from beginning to end - nothing was too much! I met Ellie at the property I was considering letting. Found Ellie to be professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Ellie took professional photos to promote the property with recommendations for the rental value. Ellie also handled the many viewings at the property which I also attended. Again making the whole experience smooth where I had no need to have any input. When the property was passed to the office. Hollie and Stacey kept me informed with all details and offers. A tenant was chosen after detailed information was given to me to make the choice easier. Robson and Jackson portal is excellent. I am writing this review, specifically based on the customer service that I have experienced from Lily so far. She has a really personable and informative manner that disarms you. A great negotiator and saleswoman. After 3 years of searching through Covid and the SDLT holiday, we nearly missed viewing a decent property. At first, we had been informed by email that there were no more slots to view and we were a little disheartened given how quickly we had responded to the advert. I rang the office, spoke with Lily and explained our family search. She sounded understanding and promised to call us if any cancellations arose. She kept her word, notifying us on a Friday evening! I picked up her message on a Saturday morning and a few hours later we were on our way to view the property. Our offer has recently been accepted so now the real work begins but I trust Lily and her team to help both parties/families involved with a smooth transaction.

When we was looking to buy we got so much help and advice. Lily helped us so much with buying advice, along with sending us so many properties that were exactly what we were looking for and she really paid attention to our requirements and what we wanted.
