Dealt mainly with Becky and Kimberley (Viewing) and found her to be more than helpful on a few occasions.. even persuaded the landlord to put my moving in date back a week because of the notice period on my old flat. An unenviable job in a fast paced environment where you need to have 6 hats on at the same time. Deposit with the DPS, communication was swift and concise and I've been in a week now. Becky is a true professional and her team made a daunting transition effortless.. Thank you. Kev Doughty.

I was a tenant in a property managed by Martin &Co Grantham office for over five years and found them to be very fair, helpful and responsive. For the latter part of my tenancy I mainly dealt with Becky, and when gave my notice she handled the viewings and the return of the deposit very professionally. Even though I was moving on I still felt like she was looking after and respecting my interests. It was exactly how I would have wanted to be treated.
