I have just moved in to a property with Martin & Co Grantham. I cannot praise them enough for all they have done. I was extremely nervous and asked a lot of questions. As first time buyers it was truly an eye opening experience into how stressful buying a house could be, whether it be being told they will put the house back on the market after only been given a week to get some quotes as the house had some problems with it or having to deal with some members of staff who seemed a little inconsiderate at times. Two people who were great, very helpful and friendly were Lucy and Stephen so thank you to both of them. Overall I was just happy to have it all over and done with.

I hate to be a doubter, nor do I wish to be a pain, but my experience with Martin and Co was very poor. I went to one viewing and was totally ghosted forevermore, with not so much as a callback for confirmation of any kind. It has been more than two weeks now, and it's utter silence. I myself have called, and heard nothing. Evan, bless him, did a good job and was inherently trying to help, even if his actual competency was quite low.
