We have just put our recently refurbished property on the rental market with Belvoir Grantham. Carly and her team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, as overseas landlords and with Covid to deal with, things have been a little more difficult than normal. However with their experience and knowledge of the market they have made the whole process very easy for us. We would most definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Everything between viewing to handing over keys done in a very friendly and competent manner. Nothing to fault. Which is a ***major*** improvement on previous experiences when renting (and, at one time, renting out) property - though the worst of these were not with branches of Belvoir.

The staff were very friendly yesterday and explained everything clearly to us when we came to collect our keys I can???t remember their names but they were working at the belvoir branch in Grantham and I hope this gets across to them to know they are appreciated.
