Things ran very smoothly. The staff are very knowledgeable and patient, especially when they have to deal with simple minded people like me. The explain everything throughly until you understand. I appreciate the level of service they provide.

Just got our keys today and the lovely Hannah explained everything to us thoroughly and there was zero complications as usual! The emailing back ward and forward is really quick and easy and she always replies super fast which we love! I also want to mention the women who showed us around we forgot her name but she is super nice also. We got a nice package along with our keys with some discounts which is so so nice I don???t know any other company who does this. All in all an amazing company to choose. ????
