As we had received instruction from our Landlord to proceed with an application, we felt it prudent to make all applicants aware of this at our earliest opportunity rather than waste people's time in viewing the property. Our Negotiator offered to show you the property regardless if you still wished to view knowing that the landlord had selected an applicant. You advised that you did still wish to view and our Negotiator waited at the property for you to complete the booking as requested, however you did not arrive at the designated time. We have a high volume of booked viewings for all of our properties & the market in Grantham is extremely busy at present but we would very much like the opportunity to turn the situation around for you, in the hope to find you an alternative property.
