Exceptional service from viewing through to completion. We were kept updated throughout the process. 8weeks from viewing through to completion. We could not have asked for a more efficient service. All members of staff we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Dawsons estate agents.

I am so impressed with Dawsons, Gorseinon, a first-class service. I had a valuation with Dawsons back in March. Sarah was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I decided to go ahead and had viewings straight away. I was informed of all feedback from potential buyers and very soon had an offer, which I accepted. Sarah also helped me find a property to move to, which suited me perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble throughout. I will be recommending Dawsons to anyone looking to sell their property.

As a first time seller Dawsons made the whole process extremely smooth and easy. Matt was excellent from start to finish, always friendly and knowledgeable. Owen and Sarah were great with arranging viewings and keeping me up to date and Selina then kept me updated on how the sale was progressing once I accepted an offer. I honestly can’t fault the service I received and would 100% recommend to family and friends

For what can be a very stressful time, I can highly recommend Sarah will keep the stress at a minimum. Sarah was always on hand, quick to reply and very helpful with moving the process forward. I have no hesitation in recommending Sarah to others either selling or buying in the area.

We have dealt with Dawsons with the sale of two of our properties and they’ve always been really helpful and friendly Sarah recently dealt with the market and sale of our property and was always lovely and friendly to deal with. Sarah aimed to keep us informed at all points and also acted as a go between when we had to relay some information to the purchasers of our property. I’d also like to mention Jaqueline Burrows was always brilliant when showing us new homes. Susan Mills and Selina Jones were informative and kept us up to date as the sale was progressing.
