Matt and the team were absolutely exceptional. The difference between them and other estate agents I have dealt with during the process is that they really want a positive outcome. Dealing with issues out of hours and when on annual leave is not the norm. Put simply, they couldn’t do enough and our house purchase only went ahead because of the fact that they genuinely care.

Jackie recently showed us around a property, and we were so impressed with her professionalism and friendliness. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the local area, answering all our questions with ease. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and took the time to walk us through every detail. If there was anything she didn’t have the answer to on the spot, she went back after the viewing in her own time to find out for us, which we really appreciated. She was patient, approachable, and never made us feel rushed. Her enthusiasm and honesty made the viewing a really positive experience. If you are looking for an estate agent who is not only helpful but also genuinely cares about her clients, we’d highly recommend Jackie. A pleasure to deal with!

From the first meeting with dawsons estate agents, i was put at ease about selling my mothers house. I have never had to do anything like this before. I was a total novice.
