Exceptional service from viewing through to completion. We were kept updated throughout the process. 8weeks from viewing through to completion. We could not have asked for a more efficient service. As a first time seller Dawsons made the whole process extremely smooth and easy. Matt was excellent from start to finish, always friendly and knowledgeable. Owen and Sarah were great with arranging viewings and keeping me up to date and Selina then kept me updated on how the sale was progressing once I accepted an offer. I have been helped in the sale of my house by the Gorseinon office, all have been very helpful and pleasant and professional to deal with. However one person in particular has gone over and above in the call of duty, I must mention Sarah wo has been exceptional in her communication, Sarah has kept me up to date at every stage in the process and more importantly has given me invaluable advice.
