We recently moved into our first house and are very happy with our new home. Burns & Webber were easy to get hold of and speak to and helped us to navigate a few hurdles during the process . Karl was our main point of contact and helped arrange various viewings for us, making sure that we were well informed throughout the process. Charlie was also very helpful if Karl was ever out on appointments. If we were to move in the future we would definitely consider using Burns & Webber to act for us again.

Burns and Webber worked hard to get us a sale. Really hard! It’s a tough market and we’d tried one other estate agent before for 6months with no joy. Charlie and Joanne kept us in the loop on all viewings, were honest and prompt in their feedback but most importantly worked hard to get people through the door - which eventually resulted in a sale. Once they had the offer they kept up the pressure and managed delicate communications on our behalf meaning we got our sale. We were going to go with Purple Bricks if they couldn’t deliver but this experience really does show that getting the right estate agents and team on it gets you that sale, because they proactively push for viewings.
