I have recently used Burns and Webber to purchase a new home and I have found them to be extraordinary. The purchase was well underway before the pandemic started. Through their hard work and dedication to their business. They were in a position to help me complete the purchase during this testing time. The agent who provided unwavering help and support was Karl from the Godalming branch. He was ably supported in the final stages by Charlie. Without their personal support the purchase would almost certainly have fallen through. I would have no issue recommending this company and these agents personally. Joanne initially showed us a different property which didn't suit our needs. Upon hearing our feedback however, suggested an alternative property which was just right. Throughout the process Joanne has been supportive, informative, and a joy to deal with. Buying a house is a big commitment and often stressful.
