We are experienced landlords and purchased a new property in Godalming through Burns & Webber at the beginning of this year. We were very impressed with the service we received from Joanne Fox at B&W in Godalming. We usually use a different agent for our lettings but due to our experience with Joanne we wanted to use Burns & Webber to find us a tenant for the flat. This was dealt with by their Guildford branch. The service we received was brilliant, the rate was competitive, and we were very impressed by everyone at the Guildford branch as well (Amy, Laura and Rebekah).
