Great experience from Lee & the team 3rd time lucky on purchasing my first home. Found other agents frustrating from lack of contact to being lied to. Communication throughout was amazing, Danielle was managing the sale for me and she did a great job, being the go between with me and the solicitors, doing weekly calls to check the progress etc. By doing these weekly calls she limited the amount of time wasted When my solicitors forgot to order the searches, had she not have made the calls it could have been weeks before I had found out. In the current situation with Covid-19 it is likely the house sale would have fallen through. When the office closed my main point of contact was the branch manager Lee. My solicitor was having issues and problems getting hold of the sellers solicitor and getting any answers to questions and with getting the contracts back. 1 call to Lee and he sorted this out and for the rest of the process to completion was really hands on with getting it over the line, dealing with the seller and both solicitors, dealing with any issues as well as contacting me throughout to keep me updated. Once again had he not got involved there is a chance the sale may not have gone through as we were getting nowhere. He really went above and beyond.
