From the very start, my experience has been as good as I could have hoped for. Lucy in particular has been incredible, making the whole journey a pleasant and stress free one, she did any chasing that was needed and kept me informed of any progress, she really went above and beyond what's expected. It's been a pleasure doing business with the whole team who are very friendly, very professional and always happy to answer any questions I had. Considering it's supposed to be a very stressful journey, mine felt plain sailing.
