Can't thank Martin & Co enough. We were in a really difficult situation living over 100 miles away and they were incredibly accommodating, in ways that other estate agents weren't. We have struggled to get viewings at other properties or narrowly missing out on others. Despite having a secure financial position this was due to our current location and the incredibly competitive rental market at present. It was very unique as the employees genuinely wanted to help, especially Hallam Beveridge, who took us around the property in the end. Unfortunately, the initial viewing was cancelled as the tenants refused access, however, they were incredibly quick to inform us and were very accommodating to ensure we were able to rebook at a time that suited us and the current tenants. The house is great value, exactly as described and have been very quick to answer all questions throughout the process. Thank you once again.
