My partner and I rented a flat from Shanta over the past year and would definitely recommend this letting agent to anyone looking to rent in Glasgow. We have had many bad experiences with other letting agents in Glasgow and Edinburgh where it sadly seems to be standard nowadays for there to be a complete lack of basic decency and kindness in this industry. Shanta are a refreshing exception to that! Mark, Gayle and Jayne were lovely in all our dealings with them and they operate a professional and friendly business. We had no issues with getting our deposit back and most issues in the flat were responded to quickly.
