Great agency with professional staff. I rented through Northwood for a year and they were friendly and fair throughout the entire process. When I had to extend the lease halfway through I had a mixup my end (thought I'd be moving then had to stay) which was no problem for the staff. The final survey was fair and transparent so there was no nasty surprise with the deposit, which was processed in less than 2 weeks. If I was to rent again this would be the first place I'd look.
