I phoned & spoke to Carla who arranged for Deryk to come out to the house to value it, and explain how the whole process worked. My house was on the market in less than a week, people were viewing it immediately & offers were received quickly. Overall my house was sold & vacated by me in less than 2 months after I 1st contacted Carla. I was kept up to date frequently during the whole process. For anyone looking to sell in the G13 postcode area, then I cannot recommend Fielding McLean enough.
