The only reason I did not give 5* across the board is because there were a couple of occasions where I was given an update by my wife that she had received, but I had not. This is due to us being separated, which I understand the company may not have been aware of, but an update to both parties would have been better on this occasion. Other than that minor point, excellent service. Worthy of 5* overall.
