Warren and the team were great! From first viewing the house (which was being sold by F&C) he was wonderful to deal with. Lynne was great at keeping to ball rolling and getting us to completion. Leapfrog were amazing from the start of the process right to the end when I picked up my keys. Emily was an absolute star always available to talk me through the process, communication was second to none, nothing was too much trouble, Lynne even fitted in a final viewing prior to completion working around a Covid illness to another member of staff.
