We were originally going to use a 'we-buy-any-house' service, until they started reducing their offer, so we contacted Leapfrog instead. Not only did Sarah value the house for £30k more, we had offers coming in from the fist day it was advertised. It subsequently sold within a week, and for over the asking price.
