Duncan at Zest was brilliant. He did his research, but also took the time to understand the true value of my property rather than relying solely on recent local sales. He had a great sense of the type of buyer the property would suit, explained Zest’s offering clearly, and never came across as pushy. His communication was excellent throughout – at times he kept me better informed than my own solicitor. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Zest again based on this.
