This was the first time I've ever sold a house and maybe like you my expectations of the process were not high. I did my research and decided on Frost- the Gerrards Cross branch for us. They were brilliant and the bottom-line: the least expensive too. Mathew Craft who I dealt with was absolutely fantastic- profesional, friendly, tenaceous (he was at it for a long time- not his or Frost's fault though) keeping us up to date throughout. Communication from him was really thorough which I very much appreciated. He and the rest of his team made the process that much better. Thanks Mathew etal.
