All staff were efficient, helpful and courteous and kept us informed at each stage of the selling process. This made the whole process much less stressful and there was much laughter to diffuse any tension. I would recommend them

Used for the marketing and management of our rental property. We have used Frosts for a number of years when service has been variable. However, for the latest letting we were kept informed and updated regularly about viewings and feedback. Helpful polite staff.

One of Yankie Jaffe boards ( house sales) came off the wall causing damage to my car. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to be completely ignored!! I sent pictures of the damage as Yankie requested weeks ago and he has ghosted me!! Ignores my emails and does not answer or return calls. If this is Yankies bussiness values I wouldn’t touch this company. I am out of pocket for damage which was not my fault and he has insurance for but chooses to not be a decent human being and sort out this issue.
