this agency doesn't care about their tenants. if you have any problems they will take forever to fix it .

Hi Guys. Think twice renting off theses rip off ****. keeping deposit of £500 and saying we owed them £750 saying everythin was damage. Only lived there about 12 months

My son tryed to get a room rental they took 75 pounds reservation fee and led us to believe this was returnable if for any reason the let failed, it did has his work contract is with an agency and therefore temporary, they then refused to return the deposit. I am looking to take them through the small claims court. Avoid people that bare face lie! is my advice.

biggest bunch of twats dnt listen to you on the phone to busy trying to get off it unhelpful and attitude stinksif I had know how bad they are I would of definitely gone with another company

we booked a viewing and they turned up late. Every time I have rang up the letting department they are rude and obnoxious. Their administration fees are overpriced. I mean £340 for them to read a document and send it to the reference agency is unbelievable. They lied to me constantly in regards to applications so I decided I was not renting any of there properties. Why people actually use this letting agent I do not know. Definitely would not recommend as a letting agent. They are the worst letting agent in the county.
