From the minute we put in our offer, we were kept informed of every detail of what was happening and was due to happen next. I am a bit of a worrier, but i spoke to Naomi and she listened, was patient, then found out all the information she could gather and as quick as she could. Reassuring me at every step. Some of the process my partner and I found extremely stressful but Naomi guided us like an old friend over a cup of tea which made our buying process a whole lot easier.

I have just purchased a property, which is the first time in my own. Lovelle were excellent throughout the process. The staff in the office are friendly and welcoming. They kept me informed of the progress at all times and couldn’t do enough to help. Bailey was the first agent to show me the property and was warm, friendly and helpful. I mainly dealt with Melody after and she was exceptional with advice, personable and also helped me to make a decision which suited myself. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.
