From the start of the process to the end the service was first class. Due to issues with selling any lease hold property the time scales for a completion is longer however the team went over and above chasing for information from the leasehold company supporting both my self the buyer and solicitor . A big shout out to Naomi who really engaged with all sides to ensure completion was as quick as possible . I would highly recommend and if required in the future would 100% use again . I actually do not know where to start the whole service at Lovelle has been totally amazing.They even recommended and put us in touch with a super efficient and brilliant conveyancing team at Simply Conveyancing. Lovelle provided the whole package from start to finish.Always available on the phone when you needed them and ready to answer any questions about your sale with up to date correct information. Our sale to put it mildly was one of the most traumatic times of our lives the whole chain wanted to beat the 1st of April deadline for the increase in stamp duty. None of the trauma was caused by Lovelle but without their whole team especially Naomi who was just brilliant it simply would not have happened. Naomi went above and beyond chasing everyone in the large chain morning, noon and night, daily and weekly. Please Naomi’s boss give her a pay rise.
