I can only share my opinion as a seller although I have had experience of buying and selling property from 40k to 600k and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with a company's professionalism, communication, knowledge and helpfulness. They dragged my solicitor through the sale calling both parties and both solicitors and updating us both. They managed to sell the property for the price we hoped for and they earned every penny of the fee. Thank you for such outstanding service, you have transformed my opinion of estate agents. All you need now is an in-house solicitor working to the same standard as your team!
