I can only share my opinion as a seller although I have had experience of buying and selling property from 40k to 600k and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with a company's professionalism, communication, knowledge and helpfulness. They dragged my solicitor through the sale calling both parties and both solicitors and updating us both. They managed to sell the property for the price we hoped for and they earned every penny of the fee. Thank you for such outstanding service, you have transformed my opinion of estate agents. If anyone is thinking of putting their house on the market I highly recommend Lovelle! We didn't hear a peep from the estate agent from our purchase, but Lovelle rang us and our buyer weekly (usually more towards the end!) and helped us to navigate what turned out to be a complex chain.
