Had a complaint on moving in, reached out. Although it did take some time, Chloe was able to help sort this out and communicated transparently throughout. Still hoping to get some other concerns looked at but mostly down to me persevering and hoping I’m not expecting too much. Update (22/1/26): I was able to get help with my recent boiler issues and Chloe Peachey was of great help expediting and prioritising my concerns. Great customer service. Update (18/5/26): Ameerah conducted an inspection and was able to help with escalating pressing issues which I found very helpful. They were polite and helpful.
