Easing the path through a challenging sales period

Having had a pretty straightforward move to Frimley 6 years ago we fully expected the sale of our property to be a piece of cake. It wasn't, and that was in no way down to Luff and Wilkin but due to the archaic system we have to go through to sell and buy houses in England - the law needs changing because it certainly doesn't work for buyers, sellers or estate agents. Two failed sales later, also no fault of Luff and Wilkin we were back on the market again and there were once again plenty of viewings all ably conducted by Darren, Luke and the team. .We felt full;y confident in their professionalism from the beginning and they never let us down. When it came to chasing up a slow conveyancing process because only our third buyer was serious, Yvonne really came into her own and through constant chasing up throughout the chain we got there.
