My experience with the estate agency has been smooth and enjoyable. Rebecca, in particular, has been incredibly supportive, responsive, and patient throughout the application process. She kept me informed at every step and even went above and beyond by responding to my messages over the weekend, despite not being at work. Nella has been also supportive in the process.
