"I couldn’t recommend them..."

My first renting experience here in London was incredibly positive. I initially dealt with an agency that only handled the contract, and then ten years, I lived in the same house, having a great relationship with a wonderful landlord. But then, the fairy tale ended. When the time came me to leave that home, I realized that the biggest issue was the agencies—especially the agents I encountered. It was a series of extremely negative experiences, dealing with arrogant and unprofessional people. At one point, about a year ago, I even left a house simply because I couldn’t bear dealing with that agency any longer. And then, a miracle happened—I found a home that met my needs and, most importantly, an agency, agents, and a property manager, Maxine Segrue, whom I couldn’t recommend or thank enough. She has always been available, polite, professional, and able to balance both the tenant’s and landlord’s needs. Above all, she is kind and genuinely human. I’m giving five stars only because ten isn’t an option—otherwise, I’d definitely choose that one!
