Absolute hell trying to get my money back from my deposit. No answer from the agency or the landlord. Extremely unhelpful and upsetting.

I am sorry for the delay with this, but there is a dispute on the deposit. Everything is with the DPS and their adjudicators. It is out of our control. We don't hold deposit money, the DPS does. Perhaps complain to the DPS.
