Avoid this agency as tenant/landlord for lettings. Had them as a tenant for 10 years. They will do as little as possible going to the extend to ignore emails and calls. - When leaving the property, II had to send 15 emails over 2 months to retrieve the money that they owed me (and this wasn't even the deposit). They replied maybe to 1 email out of 3 at best. - They sent electricians with no notification and gave them the keys which they used in an early morning, in a middle of covid restrictions on top of that. When nicely asking them about that by email in order to understand, of course Daisylets just ignored the conversation - They now have a third party call center which mean you can get them over the phone unless they feel like calling you back - The list is long.. I am not sure how cost effective they are but as landlord, avoid them anyways! As tenant, if you are stuck with them, my advice is to develop a relationship with the landlord in case your issue become too critical.
