Avoid this agency as tenant/landlord for lettings. Had them as a tenant for 10 years. They will do as little as possible going to the extend to ignore emails and calls. - When leaving the property, II had to send 15 emails over 2 months to retrieve the money that they owed me (and this wasn't even the deposit). They replied maybe to 1 email out of 3 at best. - They sent electricians with no notification and gave them the keys which they used in an early morning, in a middle of covid restrictions on top of that. When nicely asking them about that by email in order to understand, of course Daisylets just ignored the conversation - They now have a third party call center which mean you can get them over the phone unless they feel like calling you back - The list is long.. I am not sure how cost effective they are but as landlord, avoid them anyways! As tenant, if you are stuck with them, my advice is to develop a relationship with the landlord in case your issue become too critical. Hello Nicolas, I responded to your first post. We are surprised at your review. You rented a flat alongside another tenant. We assisted you to be able to stay when the other tenant proved difficult and was asked to leave. Under normal circumstances, you would have had to leave at the same time. When you did move out we assisted you in getting part of the deposit from your former flatmate, and returned your deposit alongside the DPS guidelines. It is your responsibility to pay the correct rent. Your overpaid rent was returned to you. Please remember that all agencies work for the landlord and must take instruction from our landlords. All visits from contractors were cleared with you in advance either by phone or email. If you feel you have a legitimate complaint, you can do so via our complaint procedures which is backed by The Property Ombudsman.
