We purchased our house via Martin & CO (Dave Russell was our contact). It was not a simple set up with tenants in property and an owner living out of the UK so communication was going to be tricky from day 1. Dave was key to unlocking this. He was always available to speak to us, advise and help us push the purchase forward. Very transparent about the various issues that came up (the ususal ones...tenants, notices, timescales) but he helped us navigate everything and made lots of time for us to make sure it got over the line.
