On both occasions, Phil has been the estate agent in the chain working tirelessly to keep the chain together and bring us to completion through difficult circumstances when solicitors have been slow to react and communication has been trying. Phil keeps in close contact so that you know what's happening up and down the chain. He also offers words of kindness and support when the going gets tough. What can we say that other people haven't. We had seen a property we liked on with three different agents. We picked Country Properties for no particular reason, and we are so glad we did. I’ve never been a fan of estate agents. In the past when I’ve used them they seem to provide a fairly cold service where you can’t help but think the only winner is them. When selling our rental property recently we initially tried Purple Bricks but they provided a terrible service, missing potential appointments and little communication. We then turned to Country Properties, Flitwick, and I must say, they have impressed me no end. They seem an established, friendly team with good local knowledge so were able to advise, guide and sometime prod us through to a successful completion, with a sale price that exceeded our expectations, rare in this current climate.
