Country properties have been amazing!! Phil and the team have been guiding us through buying our first home, they have been very responsive, always getting back to us when they say they will and always answering the phone. Phil has been so kind and patient with us, explaining any jargun and parts of the process that we didn’t understand. We couldn’t have done it without them, cannot recommend highly enough!

I cannot express how wonderful the team at Country Properties, Flitwick, have been. It was a very anxious stressful, long and drawn out house sell and purchase (mainly caused by a very obstinate and controlling solicitor at the start of the chain, who is clearly in the wrong job!) However the delightful team at CP did their utmost to move things along, were the most helpful souls when i needed them, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make things happen. We laughed and we cried. I am now happily in my new home thanks to Duane, Phil, Steve, Christine, Sue, Cath and the fabulous Jackie, plus all the others who I'm sure helped in some way for me. I'm going to miss you guys! Thank you for being my guardian angels.

If I could give 6 stars I would . Phil and Duane were always available for me and communication was 1st class (including the banter which I loved to ease the stress) My move day was awful, full of complications and stress, but they kept me calm and helped solve a big problem for me . Couldn’t have done it without them. Can’t thank them enough .

Phil and the team were fantastic when buying our new property in Flitwick. Easy to get hold of and good at pushing things through, even on the sale of our property in a different area! Phil was friendly and gave regular updates. It will not be for a long time but if/when it comes to selling our house I will definitely use Country Properties again.
