Hi Chloe, We have done everything with could in this matter, i can totally understand your frustration. We have offered you heaters in the situation and have also spoken to the plumber multiple times on your behalf. Unfortunately, the part hasn't arrived at the merchants, which was ordered on the day the plumber turned up at the property. As you are aware, these things are out of our control. We always endeavour to get essential jobs resolved as soon as possible, particularly someone in your circumstances, but as said previously, we are in the hands of the supplier. Hi Jay Jay, As you now have reviewed us on multi sources and even edited original post. Are you going to contact the office? As we have looked for a 'Jay Jay' on our system but cannot find anything. So clear don't want your real name used. Also, on other platforms you have said you don't want to live in 'Fishy Fleetwood' So we are slightly baffled as to why you would want to view a property in Fleetwood if this is the case.
